Since 2004, Monica has dedicated her clinical practice to women's health. She played a key role in setting up the pelvic floor dysfunction integrated services at the Homerton University Hospital, in East London. She has extensive experience in treating back and pelvic girdle pain during and after pregnancy, as well as female and male pelvic floor dysfunctions and has attended a number of postgraduate specialist courses.
Monica passionately believes in following up manual therapy techniques with postural and movement re-education, which she achieves through a range of methods, including Pilates.
Sara Valentine studied at the world renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London. Previously she has worked in fashion and publishing so brings with her a very balanced approach to the Nutrition and health industry. Sara is also an NLP certified practitioner and is a member of many professional bodies in both UK and Australia. Having worked with clients in London, Australia, Singapore, France and New Zealand Sara has a wealth of knowledge and a very approachable manner.
